This tests whether your Cloudflare Pages deploy runs functions from a dashboard ZIP upload.
Tap the button. It calls /api/ping.
If it shows OK → functions deploy via ZIP on your account. I'll build the full CF site.
If it shows FAILED / 404 → dashboard ZIP doesn't run functions; we go Git-connected instead.
